I am not in-network with any insurance companies, and do not bill insurance directly. With PPO insurance plans, my services are considered out-of-network. You may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement. I will provide you with a monthly super bill that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan benefits.

Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:

  • Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for outpatient mental health services?
  • What is the best way to submit my superbill?
  • Is there a deductible to meet before insurance will start to reimburse me? If so, how much?
  • Once the deductible is met, what percentage of the fee do you cover?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
